OEM & PRIVATE LABEL
Custom OEM Paper MAP Trays
A structured development route for buyers requiring custom sizes, barrier systems, branding and export packaging.
OEM development starts with a controlled specification
Custom projects may include tray dimensions, depth, flange design, barrier construction, color, printing, embossing, case quantity, pallet pattern, barcode, multilingual markings and private-label packaging. Each item should be frozen in the approved specification rather than managed through informal messages.
Project stages
- Application and packing-line review.
- Preliminary drawing and material recommendation.
- Tooling or sample-route agreement.
- Tray and film compatibility trial.
- Artwork, carton and label approval.
- Pilot or sample-lot validation.
- Production inspection and shipment release.
- Repeat-order change control.
Commercial information
MOQ, tooling requirements, sample charges, production lead time and packing configuration depend on the selected size, construction, printing and annual demand. These figures are confirmed in the quotation after technical review; generic website numbers should not be treated as binding.
Repeat-order control
The approved drawing, material code, artwork revision, color reference, case mark and inspection standard should be retained as the repeat-order baseline. Any change to paper, barrier, seal layer, forming process or manufacturing location should be communicated and revalidated when it can affect performance.
Build the tray specification around the complete packing line
Send the food type, tray dimensions, filling temperature, lidding-film information, sealing-machine details, storage conditions, destination market and annual demand. VAV Paper will use these inputs to structure the sampling and quotation process.
